Standard Terms and Conditions
- The object of Zebra Management is the promotion of talented individuals to prospective
employers.
- Successful applicants must be above the age of 14 and no older than the age of 65
on the day of the application.
- Zebra Management is not an agency we are a service therefore we will not take any
commission on any work or assignments you receive through the website.
- Successful applicants will have their photograph and profile uploaded onto the Zebra
Management website for the duration, during which time they will periodically have
their profile presented to all agencies/prospective employers that are currently
affiliated with Zebra Management.
- While every attempt is made by Zebra Management to ensure that all details are correct,
Zebra Management do not accept liability for errors and all liability for consequential
loss is excluded.
- Zebra Management may forward both unsuccessful and successful applicants details
to other carefully chosen companies and by joining Zebra Management the Application
form the Applicant consents to their details being used in this way.
- Zebra Management reserves the right to retain all Zebra Management applicants details
for other services they may at a later date offer.
- Zebra Management reserves the right to download the details of any successful applicant
at any time from the web site.
- Zebra Management cannot guarantee any successful Applicant will receive work as
a result of their presence on the Zebra Management website and no undertakings or
warranties concerning future work can be given by any representative of Zebra Management
or implied by joining Zebra Management.

Zebra Management's Responsibilities and Disclaimers
- Zebra Management is not responsible for the behaviour of applicants and agencies/prospective
employees (together the "Users") using the Zebra Management website.
- Zebra Management has no control over or responsibility for the truth or accuracy
of any material available on the Zebra Management website.
- There may be times when the Zebra Management website becomes inaccessible as a result
of technical difficulties experienced by Zebra Management or on the Internet: Zebra
Management shall use reasonable skill and care to overcome these difficulties where
they are within Zebra Management's control.
- Zebra Management shall not be liable to any User or third party for any indirect
or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business,
howsoever caused (whether arising out of any negligence or breach of this contract
or otherwise).
- Zebra Management shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations
under this contract caused by matters beyond its reasonable control.
- Nothing in this contract limits Zebra Management's liability for death or personal
injury resulting from negligence of Zebra Management, or any other liability that
may not by law be excluded.
Zebra Management's Rights
- You, the User, acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual
property rights in and relating to the Zebra Management website (other than the
material which is contributed by yourself) are owned by Zebra Management. Therefore,
no one may copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from material
from the Zebra Management website (other than the material which is contributed
by yourself) unless properly licensed to do so by Zebra Management.
- Zebra Management may (a) suspend or terminate and User's access to the Zebra Management
website and/or (b) to edit, or require the User to edit, material posted on the
Zebra Management website, if the relevant User or material appears to Zebra Management
to be in breach of any provision of this contract or to bring Zebra Management into
disrepute.
- Zebra Management may change this contract from time to time, and post the new version
on the website.
- Zebra Management may withdraw or modify one or more aspects of its services, or
the entirety of it.
Users Obligations
- You, the User, agree to indemnify Zebra Management against all liabilities, claims
and expenses that may arise from any breach of this contract by you or through a
machine on which you access the Zebra Management website.
- You undertake to provide true, accurate and current information when information
is requested by Zebra Management and/or is placed on the Zebra Management website
and to also maintain and update such information to keep it true, accurate and current.
- You undertake that where payment is required to Zebra Management using a debit or
credit card (a) you are fully entitled to use the card, and (b) it has available
funds sufficient to cover the charges, which are deducted from it.
- You are responsible for everything which is done on or through the Zebra Management
website while your Membership account is logged on to the Zebra Management website
or through your email address.
- You are responsible for ensuring no material you post, or which is posted through
a machine on which you access the Zebra Management website, nor any activity or
communication you make in connection with any service of Zebra Management, will
be capable of (a) infringing the intellectual property or other rights of any person
or entity, (b) breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise,
or (c) appearing to be offensive, threatening, obscene, pornographic, false, unreliable
or misleading.
- By submitting any material to Zebra Management you:
- Represent that you are fully entitled to do so;
- Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free, non-terminable licence right to copy, modify,
distribute, show in public and create derivative works from that material in any
form, anywhere;
and
- Authorise us to adapt the relevant material in the course of doing so, and so waive
your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment, or to be identified as
the author, of the material in question.
General
- This contract shall be governed in all respects by English Law and the parties submit
to exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
SMS Service Terms And Conditions
- From time to time we may be required to amend these terms and conditions and reserve
such right. By continuing to use the service you will be deemed to have accepted
the varied terms and conditions, which will be posted at www.zebramanagement.com/disclaimer.aspx.
We reserve the right to cancel, modify or supersede the service if, in our sole
discretion, the service is not capable as of being conducted as specified in these
terms and conditions.
- SMS Services provided by MediaBurst Limited.
- You must be the owner of the mobile phone or an authorised user of it who is authorised
to incur charges.
- We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of service requests.
- You acknowledge that any message material obtained from the service is done at your
own risk and that we are not endorsing or associating with any particular person
or event that may be featured within the service.
- We are not liable for any delay, error, or interruption to nor any inaccuracy or
incompleteness in the service, which is beyond of our control. We cannot guarantee
that the information supplied will be accurate or complete nor that the service
will be without delay or interruption. In addition we will not be liable to you
in any way for failures, defects or delays in the delivery of the services which
are caused by one or more of the following reasons:
- You accidentally erase a service provided to you;
- Your phone does not support the service;
- Your phone SMS inbox is full and has no additional memory to receive the SMS;
- Your phone is out of range of the service;
- You have provided a wrong phone number or other incorrect information before and/or
during ordering a service;
- Your phone has been barred from receiving such services.
- In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages,
including, without limitation, loss of income, data, or other information, even
if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our
liability exceed the price paid for the Service.
- We reserve the right to disclose information about you to applicable regulatory
or government bodies where we are required by law to disclose this information.
- If we believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions we reserve
the right to immediately and without notice withdraw or bar the services.
- You agree that your personal data supplied when making an order for the service
may be used by us to monitor the use of the service and from time to time to evaluate
if we can improve the service for customers.
- Components of the service are supplied to us by third parties and we can make no
promises, express or implied as to the service, including but not limited to, its
accuracy, relevance, or quality. In addition, the service is subject to the limitations
of the enabling technology on which it is reliant and may be adversely affected
by network performance and other operational factors beyond our control, including
without limitation, congestion, network coverage, dropped connections, the performance
of your wireless device and the maintenance of secure network connections. We accept
no responsibility if you do not receive the service for any of these reasons. These
terms and conditions will not affect your statutory rights. In no event shall we
be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages including without limitation,
loss of income, data or other information even if we have been advised of the possibility
of such damages.
